1 引言
随着微机技术的不断深入发展,以微机技术为基础的可编程控制器(Programmable Logical Controller)也在不断地发展和成熟,它以其可靠性较高、能经受恶劣环境的考验、功能强大和使用简单方便等巨大优越性,***工业自动控制领 域,成为工业自动控制的产品.在印刷包装行业中应用尤其**.在当今竞争日益激烈的市场经济中,各印刷包装机械厂家为赢得更广泛的客户群,他们在成本 控制、系统稳定性和流程控制等上花大力气,以求得在众多的竞争对手中取得优势.本文着重介绍了一种基于PLC的全自动立式包装机控制系统,对控制系统中传 动系统设计和PLC程序设计做详细的介绍.
2系统硬件设计
本控制系统主要介绍的是利用可编程控制器、人机界面、伺服电机实现立式包装机全自动稳定可靠运行,达到准确控制,提高产量和降低成本的目的.
根据现场生产要求,该控制系统主要由三部分组成:
控制部分: 闽台永宏电机股份公司的FATEK可编程控制器(PLC);
操作部分:闽台泉毅电子公司的HITECH PWS1711-STN2人机界面(HMI),
执行部分:单片型给料机、日本松下伺服电机、普通打印机、长封/端封汽缸、给膜电机、
切、点切线. 给等各一台(个).
系统结构框图下图1.1所示.
2.1系统控制部分
系统关键的控制器PLC选用的是闽台永宏电机股份公司的FATEK MA系列FBs-40MAT机型,永宏*四代小型机FBs系列是一种有很高性能和比的可编程控制器,由于其结构紧凑小巧,执行速度快,功能强大及 低廉等特点,符合本系统各方面要求.在该系统中,永宏表格式的伺服控制编程方式简而易己地实现了伺服控制,其高速脉冲直接驱动伺服电机.I/O点分配如 下:
2.2系统操作部分
人机界面选用的是闽台泉毅电子公司的HITECH PWS1711-STN2机型,该产品取代了传统的面板控制功能,大大节省了PLC的I/O点,减少了故障率,能实现数字设定,信息显示,功能设定等,信息画面简单实现,方便快捷达到自动控制的目的.
2.3系统执行部分
1 给料机系统
给料机系统主要由自动供料器和称重装置组成.
自动供料器按照设定转速来决定其生产袋数.其转速则由变频器编程控制设定的赫兹数来决定,对应的赫兹-转速如图1.3所示.当设定30.3Hz时,则自动送料器以60转/分的速度旋转.
称重装置又称连锁信号装置,用于与机器相连,其结构原理如图1.4所示.其中装入信号(下落请求信号)为可变脉冲宽度(一般100 ms),下落信号(移交结束信号)为设定脉冲宽度大于100 ms信号.
2 伺服电机
执行机构伺服驱动电机采用日本松下MSMAO42A1A系列,该机构以小惯量MSMA型配合普通电机带动和导引包装膜来代替传统的大惯量伺服驱动电机 直接带动包装膜,达到了降低成本的目的.伺服系统采用位置控制方式,在控制器表格设置中,设定了良好的速度,加减速时间,脉冲数及正反转等参数,使伺服电 机达到了良好的运行性能.
3 控制系统主要工艺流程
根据现场生产需要,设计如下系统控制流程,如图1.2所示.
4 系统软件设计与实现
系统软件由两方面组成,即人机交互界面ADP程序主控PLC程序.ADP程序完成操作人员同PLC之间的对话,主要是各个操作画面之间的相互切换和每个操作画面各个按键动作所对应的PLC程序的控制位.
1)系统逻辑控制设计
系统在程序设计中采用周期时间控制,对执行机构输出设定延时时间和动作时间,如下图A所示,并设定动态图直接反映周期内的延时和动作时间,设置**出范围或者错误将在动态图中直接看出,如下图B所示,控制直观,易于实现,减少了产品种类不同要求的调试时间.
2)系统控制功能设计
本程序考虑到系统功能全面性,设定了如下图C所示的功能条件设定画面,满足了产品多样性要求; 而下图D所示的运转控制及状态显示界面很好地达到了系统作业要求.
